Each room is unique, consisting of carefully crafted scenes that provide a special experience for each guest.
At night, you’ll tuck in to a 12-inch cooling gel memory foam mattress, professionally cleaned linens with duvet, and two oversized luxury gel pillows. We provide a king, one queen, and four twin beds. For longer stays, there are multiple large closets with shelves and an onsite washer and dryer. The home comfortably accommodates 8 guests, and is ideal for families.
When you stay here, you'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and more. The bathroom has toiletries for all your needs including hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more. Please note, we believe in transparent communication so guests know exactly what to expect during their stay. Our in-person team is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to assist with any issues. However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
We offer two propane refill options:

Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.
Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)
Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.
We are located directly behind Children’s Hospital and only a 5-minute walk from Pittsburgh’s famous Butler Street in Lawrenceville. The neighborhood is safe and known for its hip vibes, great food, and nightlife. You’ll have plenty to do all within walking distance!
Parking is a free! We provide instructions for obtaining a digital parking permit for any number of vehicles. You’ll park in the zoneGG located directly in front of the home or within one block.
Filtered Water
We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the water—they primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can't. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we're drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.View More

Host was amazing! It was very cute and themed perfectly! Smaller than I expected in living areas. Very functional though. Basement bedroom was cold this time of year (February).<br/>Upstairs rooms were comfy. All bathrooms were spotless! Very cool idea! loved everything about this place.. Just wish they had candy for the kids.. an you had to pay to play they game which was a bummer.. but beside that this place was welllllll worth the book.. it was a very nice place in a good location Lindsay

We had an incredible stay! This is the most magical rental. Do not hesitate to book it. The house is even better than the pictures and Brandon’s communication was top notch! They have thought of everything. The decor is so special and thoughtful. The beds are so comfortable. My nephews are immediately asking when we can return. Finally, we had a family emergency before checkin and Brandon and his team handled it with amazing kindness and professionalism. Thank you for everything!!!
