from the beginning of the process right to checkout our family had an awesome time.  We were impressed with the welcome feel of the place and the cleanliness. Between my daughter and I we were able to figure things out as they came up at the beginning of the process. I grew up in Pittsburgh and was returning to spend time with family over the holidays , yet have my own space with my husband and our adult children. We used this home as our “home away from home” and it was perfect. Beautiful, pristine, centrally located with easy access to everything we needed. Loved walking for coffee in the morning and great restaurants nearby. Also a well equipped kitchen to make Christmas breakfast. Parking was easy on the street and we had no issues with noise, even though there were nearby businesses. We loved this home and would highly recommend

Our recent stay at your property was absolutely delightful. We were thoroughly impressed by the pristine condition and welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. The exceptional comfort of the beds was a standout feature; both my mother, occupying the second-floor bedroom, and I in the master suite, experienced incredibly restful sleep. My mother even declared it her "best Christmas getaway," making it the ideal cozy retreat for our celebrations. We eagerly anticipate booking with you again. We are a family of six celebrating one of our son's ASU graduations.  Since we traveled from San Diego, Brandon's help was a must  because  we didn't know the city.<br/>He gave us very helpful recommendations.<br/>The house is very comfortable and clean.  It is a fun stay, also; my kids (from 8 to 22) enjoyed every amenity so much and loved all the welcoming goodies left for us!<br/>Thank you so much; we had a really good time at the house.  It really felt like home.

I took my family here for a Christmas gift. The grandkids loved the games, the hot tub and the overall vibe of the house. We walked to a great coffee shop and did a little shopping in some stores before settling in for the night. We will definitely be back!

House was great.  Brandon was quick to reply to questions.   plenty of activities and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare Christmas dinner.  Definitely worth it.  Only thing we couldn’t find was the movie screen.  Didn’t matter much because there was plenty of other things to keep us occupied.

What an amazing trip at Brandon’s house! If you’re looking for fun- this is the place for you! It is located on a main road, but you almost don’t even realize it- as it’s so peaceful! We did have one small plumbing issue, but Brandon was very attentive and had his handyman out to repair it immediately! The extra details were unexpected and such a treat! We stayed during the holidays and he went above and beyond with the decorations- even a Christmas tree. Definitely would stay here again! My family, friends and I had such a wonderful stay!
