Please note that we provide an additional rollaway twin bed conveniently stored in the closet for your use. This ensures flexibility in sleeping arrangements while maintaining ample space when not in use.
Movie theater screen comes with a projector. The screen requires assembly - takes less than 5 minutes and we provide an extension cord to plug in the projector.
Rank One Stays offers 24/7 virtual concierge service to support you with check-in, answer questions, and assist you with your needs. We also maintain a dedicated team of local staff, available for any in-person assistance you may require. Please note, we believe in transparent communication so guests know exactly what to expect during their stay. Our in-person team is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to assist with any issues. However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
We offer two propane refill options:
Propane Refill Service (By Request / Approval – Additional Fee)
Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.
Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)
Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.
Filtered Water
We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the water—they primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can't. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we're drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.View More

Brandon was very responsive and accommodating. Whenever we communicated with him on the Airbnb platform, we received an immediate response. It was difficult finding a place that could house 7 of us, in fact we found it difficult even to make dinner reservations for 7. This house fit us all comfortably and Brandon nailed it with his restaurant recommendations. The place was nice and clean. Location easy walk to cap hill 8-10 mins. We enjoyed the space to spread out with 3 separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. The digital game board was a hit with kids. Kitchen was well stocked and the mattress was super comfy! Parking was plentiful. <br/>Some feedback: the house was freezing when arrived at 8p in late Dec with the AC on high blast. It was actually cooler than outside and took many hours to warm up and we all had to leave for a while because it was so uncomfortable. The rooftop fire pit gas tanks were empty and I understand it’s the guest’s job to maintain them but that seems challenging. The grill tools were moldy. Also the gates to the unit had key lock going in and out which seemed odd and maybe a safety concern. The top floor fire alarm was also removed/missing. Nicole

What an awesome condo! Super cozy, sadly it was raining so we couldn’t use the rooftop theater but if we come back in the summer we will definitely stay at Brandon’s again. We had a blast. I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, with everything I needed close by.
