However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.

Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.

The place was very nice, looks just how it does in the pictures! My friends and I had a great time! Very comfortable had plenty of space. Would recommend to others! Great place and very fun for a golf trip or bachelorette/bachelor party!
