Please note, we believe in transparent communication so guests know exactly what to expect during their stay. Our in-person team is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to assist with any issues. However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
We offer two propane refill options:
Propane Refill Service (By Request / Approval – Additional Fee)
Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.
Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)
Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.
In one of the queen rooms, please note that we provide an additional rollaway twin bed conveniently stored in the closet for your use. This ensures flexibility in sleeping arrangements while maintaining ample space when not in use.
Filtered Water
We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the water—they primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can't. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we're drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.
* This home has a steep set of stairs going from the 2nd to 3rd floor.
* There is ongoing city infrastructure projects near our property. There may be construction activity which might include daytime noise and occasional street closures. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
Please understand that these developments are part of city-wide improvements and are beyond our control. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible and have equipped our home with white noise machines so you can get a peaceful night sleep.

The place looked like the pictures. I did imagine it bigger when looking at the pictures. We slept well in the beds; the shower had great pressure and lots of room for makeup and hair care!!! The patio area was beautiful, but the snow and cold made it unattainable. The kitchen was stocked and clean!! Place was everything as described. Great and safe location. Brandon, was very attentive and concern with making sure all the needs were met. Look forward to going back to this property or the many others. Danielle

Great place! Everything you need in the kitchen. Conveniently located to Carson St where there are local shops & restaurants. The stairs were steep, but we read the reviews, so we were prepared. Great Trip! Thanks Brandon! Brandon was great! very communicative, but the biggest thing that made my trip was the initial process to booking.<br/>He was very transparent & continued to be throughout process! I had issues booking with other host & I didn’t receive no hassle at all when it came to Brandon. <br/>The Airbnb itself was a 10/10 <br/>Thanks again Brandon!
