The Airbnb is exactly what the pictures described. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint is the hot tub couldn’t be used passed 9:30 pm which seems quite early. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the personal touches and attention to detail in decor The only reason I give this home a 4 star review is because the 9:30pm quiet time for the backyard, which in most neighborhoods in America in a HOA it's 10pm. The backyard is totally inconvenient to get to, you must leave out the side door follow the path around the rear of the house then duck under the deck and now you can enjoy being in the back, which makes cooking for your group very difficult. That furniture in the back was tore up and needs some TLC. I'm an outdoor person so I was hoping to get a little more from the property.<br/>The rest of the home on the inside is fabulously decorated and the theme is done in a very tasteful manner. Everything was perfectly cleaned and the home was very accommodating for our group. Our stay was perfect. Plenty of space for a family with older kids, well equipped, and comfortable. The location was also great as we spent time in both Denver and Colorado Springs.
